In 2004 Borealis Books (of the Minnesota Historical Society Press) published The Short Stories of F. Scott Fitzgerald co-edited and with an introduction by Patricia Hampl.

Her most recent book is Blue Arabesque: A Search for the Sublime (a section of which appeared in Granta, Fall 2004 and was chosen for The Best Spiritual Writing 2005).

The Florist’s Daughter, a memoir, is forthcoming from Harcourt, October, 2007.
